Nine membership levels ensure you can find a membership that suits you and your loved ones.

Individual Thanksgiving Point Membership

The individual Thanksgiving membership level provides benefits for a named individual. The auto renewal membership and regular membership are available for individuals at a cost of $119 and $139 respectively.

Duo Thanksgiving Point Subscription

The DUO Thanksgiving point subscription offers benefits to two named individuals. The auto renewal membership and regular membership are available for a cost of $219 each.

Grandparent Thanksgiving Point Subscription

The Thanksgiving point subscription benefits two named grandparents living at the same address and their accompanying grandchildren. The auto renewal membership and regular membership are available for grandparents at a cost of $299 and $329 respectively.

Bonus Thanksgiving Membership

The offer includes a bonus individual Thanksgiving point subscription , which includes benefits for one named individual and one free guest. The auto renewal membership and regular membership offer individual bonuses of $219 and $239 respectively.

Family/Bonus Family/Premier Family Thanksgiving Membership

The Family, Bonus Family, and Premier Family Level memberships offer benefits for two named adults living at the same address and all dependent children. Exceptions are made for children over 21 with disabilities that prevent them from living independently. Membership benefits are extended to dependent children, allowing them to visit the property independently or with a caregiver.

Guests under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver 16 years or older. Guests must abide by posted rules and abusing rules will result in being asked to leave. Membership benefits are extended to dependent children of households with a current Family, Bonus Family, or Premier Family membership, allowing them to visit the property independently or with a caregiver. Grandparents, bonus grandparents, and Premier Grandparents also receive benefits, including dependent children and grandchildren-in-law. Membership must be used by a named grandparent.

The bonus grandparent Thanksgiving point subscription offers benefits for two named grandparents living at the same address and their grandchildren, as well as two free guests. The auto renewal membership and regular membership offer bonus grandparent memberships at a cost of $399 and $429 respectively.

Premier Grandparent Thanksgiving Point Membership

The premium grandparents’ Thanksgiving point subscription offers benefits for two named grandparents living at the same address and their grandchildren, along with four free guests. The auto renewal membership and regular membership for Premier Grandparent are available for $749 and $799 respectively.
